FAQ

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery within Egypt takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Question 2

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship within Egypt. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on Instagram @grovewears to be the first to know.

Question 3

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free on all orders over 2,000 EGP. Orders below that threshold incur a flat 60 EGP shipping fee.

Question 4

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also reach us at hello@grovewears.com with your order number for a status update.

Question 5

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Question 6

How do I start a return?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@grovewears.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Question 7

Can I exchange for a different size?

Accepted Answer

Yes — size exchanges are free of charge on your first exchange per order. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the swap.

Question 8

Are sale items returnable?

Accepted Answer

Sale and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Question 9

How do Grovewear pieces fit?

Accepted Answer

Our hoodies are designed with an intentional oversized silhouette. If you prefer a closer fit, we recommend sizing down one. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.

Question 10

Do your pieces shrink after washing?

Accepted Answer

Our 330 GSM cotton is pre-shrunk and shrink-resistant. Follow the care label instructions and you'll see minimal change in fit over time.

Question 11

I'm between sizes — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

When in doubt, size up. Our oversized fit means the larger size will still look intentional. You can also email us and we'll advise based on your measurements.

Question 12

How should I wash my Grovewear?

Accepted Answer

Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — they degrade the cotton fibres over time.

Question 13

Can I tumble dry?

Accepted Answer

We recommend air drying flat to preserve the shape and weight of the fabric. If you must tumble dry, use the lowest heat setting.

Question 14

How do I care for the graphics?

Accepted Answer

Always wash inside out to protect printed graphics. Avoid ironing directly on prints — iron inside out on a low setting if needed.

Question 15

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Vodafone Cash, and cash on delivery within Egypt.

Question 16

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at hello@grovewears.com.

Question 17

What does 'Pre-Order' mean?

Accepted Answer

Pre-order items are not yet in stock. By pre-ordering, you secure your piece before it sells out. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page.
